Microsoft Word Resume Template - Another Alternative
Microsoft Word Resume Template will help you to use templates from Microsoft either through Microsoft Word or access them online from Microsoft.
The key word here is Resume. If you can create a Resume and get a job, it has fulfilled it's purpose.
The purpose of the Resume is to get you an interview. Once you have an interview then the Resume has accomplished its purpose.
Whichever format is used, it should answer most of the interviewer's questions to want to meet you before hiring you.
One way to find out what questions the interviewer has is by analyzing the job announcement, or ad for the position you're seeking.
The job announcement or ad would have the requirements for the position of interest.
By matching your background, experience and skill set to the prospective employer's requirements, the interviewer will more likely grant you an interview.
