Microsoft Word Processor - Could You Use It?...

Microsoft word processor is a very powerful, general purpose, word processing program that you can use to create basic documents of all kinds.

From family use to small business or for large corporations, there are a variety of ways to use it.

From the basic use of a word processor in creating a simple document to developing a manuscript requiring many pages.

From a single user working on a document to a project team sharing documents on the corporate's intranet website or on the worldwide web.

So what use could a microsoft word be of help to you?

Well, let's take a look at the following:

  • Basic Documents of all kinds.
    • Memos
    • Letters
    • Faxes
    • Reports
    • Contracts
    • Resumes
    • Manuals
    • Theses
    • Books

  • Complex or Specialized Documents.
    • Web pages
    • Brochures
    • Newsletters
    • Printer-ready publications
    • Tables of numbers or other data

Many of these complex documents may be created with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe PageMaker, Corel Ventura, or Quark XPress can do a superb job.

So the question is why use Microsoft Word ? Especially if you already have the application.

The main reason could be that you already know how to use the Microsoft Word Processor and you won't have to go through the learning curve of a more specialized program.

Especially if you only create an occasional Web page, brochure, or other specialized document.

You may even already have Word documents that can be quickly converted to Web pages.

So you can use Word to leverage current skills as well as use your existing collection of documents.

So Microsoft Word could be just what you need to get started and use a more specialized program should your requirements change.

The following topics may prove helpful to you:

  • Microsoft Word business card template
  • Microsoft Word invoice template
  • Microsoft Word calendar
  • Microsoft Word clip art
  • Micorsoft Word borders
  • Microsoft Word update
  • Microsoft Word product key
  • Microsoft Word free trial

If you don't have Microsoft Word Processor, you should try the free trial and see if you could use it.

If you're in the market for a new computer or used computer, the price is much cheaper than buying it after you get a computer.

I think once you start using Microsoft Word, you'll be asking yourself how come you didn't get it sooner.
