HP Pavilion ze5300

by Flynn
(Hawaii)

When I was ready to buy another computer I decided it was time for me to get a laptop instead of a desktop.

One of the reasons why is because I had a laptop at Microsoft for 8 years so that I could work at home.

Another reason was wireless was becoming popular so I wanted to make sure I had that feature with my next computer.

After that, I wanted advanced features back in 2003 where I needed memory, hard drive space and CPU speed.

Those features would give me the speed I needed for computer support and handling graphics as well as pictures.

The hard drive space would allow me to run a diversified number of software for both home and business uses.

I've been very happy with having this laptop computer because I was able to take it with me on the road.

There is one negative I have to mention which is something you may need to investigate before you buy.

After 2 years of ownership, my laptop's screen went out and it would have cost me about $750 to purchase another one with me installing the new one.

So I decided not to replace the screen because of the cost but to plug in an external monitor into my laptop.

Thank goodness, I had that built-in feature with my laptop so it wasn't a total loss.

So I was not able to use my laptop for it's portable feature anymore.

I wish I still had that feature because I need to take it on the road and I'm not able to.

Another concern is make sure your laptop sits above your table with some air space below it.

This way the warm air coming out of the laptop will not heat up the computer and cause it to go out on you.
